If you get an error message saying that your preferred van category is unavailable for your dates, unfortunately, that is true. If you are flexible, we recommend trying different dates to see if the van becomes available. If you receive an error during the payment process, there are several potential reasons, including your bank blocking the transaction. Please contact us if the problem persists.
