Happy Campers Launches #HappyIceland Photo Contest

Exploring Iceland in a campervan is an unforgettable experience, and now, your best road trip moments could win you a Book of Iceland and a €50 rental credit for your next adventure.

Happy Campers, a leading Iceland camper rental company, is excited to launch the #HappyIceland Photo Contest, a bi-monthly competition inviting travelers to share their most creative, authentic, and inspiring campervan photos from their Iceland journey. Whether it’s a breathtaking sunrise over the mountains, a cozy night under the stars, or a rugged road leading into the unknown, we want to see your best shots.

How It Works

Entering is simple:

  1. Follow @happycampers_ on Instagram
  2. Post your best campervan photo from Iceland
  3. Tag @happycampers_ and use the hashtag #happyiceland in your caption

Every unique post counts as an entry, meaning the more you share, the higher your chances of winning. Winners are selected twice a month, on the 1st and 15th, based on creativity, quality, and authenticity. If these dates fall on a weekend or public holiday, the announcement may be delayed until the next business day.

More Than a Contest – A Celebration of Community

Since day one, Happy Campers has been more than just an Iceland camper rental company—we’ve been a community. From helping travelers experience Iceland responsibly to fostering connections among adventurers, we’ve always believed that the best road trips are the ones shared.

“This contest is just another way for us to bring the Happy Campers community together,” says Jón Sverrisson, General Manager at Happy Campers. “From our Facebook group of 9,000+ members, where travelers share tips and experiences, to our commitment to responsible and sustainable travel, we’ve always put our community at the heart of everything we do. We want to celebrate the people who make Happy Campers special.”
