In order to choose our 24/7 dropoff service, you simply have to choose it when you book your van. You can always change your dropoff time by logging into your Happy Campers account. Any time between 17:00 and 08:00 is considered a 24/7 dropoff.

When using the 24/7 dropoff service, you need to keep a few things in mind and agree to the following:

No staff
  • We won’t be able to assist you when you return the van.
  • We will not be able to provide you with a physical copy of your invoice. Of course, you will get a digital copy via email and we’ll save some paper, which always makes us Happy!
  • Our office will be closed, so you will not have access to any of our facilities.
No shuttle service
  • Our free Airport Shuttle will not be available for 24/7 dropoffs, so make sure that you plan your transportation accordingly.
  • We recommend a simple taxi service and would be happy to help you organize that.
Delayed damage information
  • In case of damage, we will not be able to provide you with relevant information on the spot like we usually do. Although the process can take up to 3 weeks for all cases (it depends on how fast our auto repair shop provides us with a quote), we are usually able to provide some case-specific information in person. This will not be the case when you choose to return the van after-hours.
  • Obviously, we will not be able to look at and go over the damage with you in person.
